Edmonton's skate community braved the -15 temperature and a ton of falling snow to check out Mike Maurer's Something Legit video premier at the Paramount Wednesday night.

Above: It's all fun and games until you have to bury a body.
Back in the day this is how my friend Tim celebrated getting his drivers license. Things would get pretty desperate for skaters during Winnipeg winters. However, this was by far the most suicidal winter distraction I've ever witnessed.
But come to think of it why have I never seen any juvenile delinquents bumper shining anywhere outside of Winnipeg?
