Dropping weight

I'm in the process of moving, but I don't like lifting stuff. So, I've been trying to throw out as much of my life as possible. The more I get rid of stuff, the better I feel. It's like I'm taking off a weight I didn't realize I was carrying.

Some stuff I just give away. These skate videos didn't make the cut and are now on their way to a Kamloops window display.

These DVDs get to stay. I know that Blind one is suspect, but it has Video Days hidden on it as a special feature.

Today when I reach for a dvd to watch, it's usually one of these two. Funny that they're both freebies. Well they were supposed to be free. I paid five dollars for the Creature one in Tokyo, but that's another story.

Don't know if I'll ever watch this tape again, but couldn't bring myself to get rid of it.

Or this one. Didn't have the internet, but still wasn't paying for videos. I think a video back then was probably $40. I doubt I'd ever held $40 at that point. I was mixing up sawdust and Elmers glue to fill the giant chips in my boards. More than once I made a whole new tail for a board out of that soggy mess.
